This notice is about Hotsun Chicken event which Kim HyunJoong models for.

Hotsun Chicken is currently organizing the wine party event with fans
A specific café (Kim HyunJoong PERFECT) and a wine company are under collaboration of purchase,
OK Wine proceeded without our prior consent of using HyunJoong’s photo images
Due to this incident, the wine party venue will be changed to avoid further damages.

We will take legal actions against OK Wine, who are in the midst of promotion, for the unauthorized use of images,
We wish to inform that the contestants who won the event through Kim HyunJoong PERFECT will not be able to attend to the event.

Taking this opportunity, we would like to let you more about usage of artistes’ images.

We know that cafes have been using artistes’ images for products and merchandise for sale,
This was done under the pure mind of fans and we have decided not to exercise control over such matters.

For cases which require judgment like in this incident and similarly sellers of commercial purpose,
